Project Overview
The goal of this initiative was to reimagine RetailMeNot’s core web experiences across mobile and desktop, starting with the homepage. As a product designer, I contributed to the strategy and execution of a refreshed web experience, helping define how key touchpoints across the customer journey could better support discovery, trust, and continued optimization.
By clarifying the role of each touchpoint, we created a more intentional experience that better supported customer needs, improved savings discovery, and gave the team a scalable foundation for future testing.

Design Challenge
Transform the homepage into a clearer entry point for anonymous shoppers, helping them understand RetailMeNot’s value, discover relevant savings faster, and feel confident engaging with the platform without compromising key business metrics.
Discovery & Research
We audited the existing homepage experience and performance data to understand how anonymous users discovered savings, navigated categories, and engaged with the platform. These insights helped shape a redesign strategy focused on clearer discovery paths, stronger trust signals, and measurable business impact.
We also compared the web experience against updated app and email patterns to identify opportunities for greater consistency across the RetailMeNot ecosystem.
Strategy
Modernize the homepage using scalable web design patterns
